Yes, all information shared during an interview is kept confidential unless otherwise agreed upon. Only directly involved with production at Heirloom Echoes will have access to your recordings. Upon completion of services recordings are delivered to the buyer and or storyteller and approved others.

We keep all of our clients recordings in secure hard drives so that in the case the family loses the recordings they can be recovered.
